Notes added by Dave Mallick on 1/8/2002:
-Sounds like some minor wind noise on the stage mics throughout. John even
comments on the wind near the end of d1t06. It's only noticeable during quiet
times or banter.
-Crackling from 00:22-00:39 of d1t03, during the banter.
-Small blip at 00:01 on d1t06.
-Some type of talking interference during 07:18-07:22 of d1t06.
-Crackling at about 03:50 of d2t01.
-Crackling throughout d2t07.
-Entire show sounded 'slow' so a pitch shift of 1.088435 was applied
(the reciprocal of the factor that would be applied in a 48 > 44.1 sample rate
conversion, although the taper says the master is as it's supposed to be).
The pitch of John's spoken voice and the opening chords of "But Anyway" from
a DAT of 4/24/1994 were used for this comparison.
-d2t07 was pitch shifted too fast in the opposite direction, so I pitch shifted
it back using -1.088435 in Sound Forge.
-Used shntool to fix sector boundary errors on d1t02/3/5/7 and d2t03/4/7.
-Despite all of the listings here, all of the flaws are either fixed or quite
minor, and this show is still in great shape and very listenable.
