Notes:
----------
* PLEASE NOTE: DISC TWO IS TRACKED FOR AN 80 MINUTE DISC.
* There is a PA thud during the intro track that was on
multiple DAT sources I had for this show.
* There was a burst in the left channel at 1:35 during Seek Up.
Audio from the right channel spanning 0.026 seconds was
cut and paste to fix this error.
* There was a 5 second dropout during Too Much. 6 seconds
of audio for both channels was cut and paste between
00:10.000 to 00:16.000 to fix this error. The audio
is slightly different sonically between the two sources.
* There was a digiglitch in the left channel at 4:15
during crowd noise in SMTS. 0.100 seconds of audio from
the right channel was cut and paste to the left channel
to fix this error.
* There were digiglitchs in the left channel at 7:35 and
7:37 during crowd noise in True. 0.100 seconds of audio
from the right channel was cut and paste to the left
channel to fix these errors.
* There was a digiglitch in the left channel at 3:41 in
Minarets. 0.125 seconds of audio from the right channel
was cut and paste to the left channel to fix this error.
* There was a digiglitch in the left channel at 3:23 in
Recently. 0.035 seconds of audio from the right channel
was cut and paste to the left channel to fix this error.
* There were digiglitchs in the left channel at 0:31 and
0:32 in Ants. 0.025 and 0.010 seconds of audio from the
right channel was cut and paste to the left channel to
fix these errors.
* There was a cut during the encore break, so I spliced the
two regions together with a crossfade.
