Notes: The initial sampling frequency on the A/D processor was 44.1 kHz.  Except as indicated, no other
digital enhancements took place.  The recording is identical to the original recording in every way except for
being tracked. The only differences from the posted setlists on the internet were my combining some Jams
as part of one track when I thought they were too short to be definable as individual tracks. The "Slipknot >
Franklin's Tower" at the end of Disc 2 is a single track.
