Notes:
- Allan Chen converted this show from my master in early 2000 but I was
unable to find any copies, so I reconverted it for distribution.
- Right channel soundboard feed slowly fades throughout the first few
tracks, then becomes louder midway through d1t07. By d1t09 it fades again.
- "X-Ray Eyes" preceded by "What A Feeling" tease.
- "All The Way Up To Heaven" preceded by a "Kokomo" tease.
- PA crackles several times early in d2t06; Ryan has the crowd sing "YMCA"
while the crew fixes it after the song is over.
