Notes:
- Tape flip after Gina (d1t06) removed during crowd noise.
- Jump cut in Mountain Cry at 6:17.
- Quality changes between tape 1 and tape 2 (just before d2t05); Crystal Flame
  was cut off at the end of tape 1 but restarts at the beginning on tape 2
  (hence the inferred DAT in the lineage). The high end on tape 2 is much
  better-defined, almost like tape 1 was copied with Dolby but tape 2 wasn't,
  so I opted for the full Crystal Flame from tape 2 rather than stitching
  the two together and risking a volume change mid-song.
- Taper stopped tape between set and encore; I added fade out/in.
