Notes:
- d1t04 has considerable crackling (sounds like SBD overload) for 45-60 seconds
  starting around 2:45. Perhaps Tomo was miked too high?
- Original fileset was missing d1t10 - d1t09 was accidentally included twice and
  labeled as d1t09 and d1t10. That one track was retransferred from the same DAT,
  DA-20>U2A>Sound Studio 2.1.1b3>AIFF>xACT 1.3, and is included here.
