--Notes--
- The very first track, 'Two Steps Behind', was mixed without the mono
  SBD source because the sound guy that night didn't activate the feed
  until halfway through the tune.  Still sounds quite good for being
  predominantly mics.  All other tracks contain the full mix, and the
  overall quality increases steadily over the course of Disc One.
- There's a handful of sound-related annoyances (all very minor) that
  were a result of technical difficulties with the venue's equipment.
  Not at all bad though, and the final product came out good overall.
- Minor editing was performed after the 'Mastering' step using Sound
  Forge 7 in order to tighten up the tracks, and generally enhance the
  show's flow.  No music, and only a small amount of talking was
  affected by this.
