Andy L. posted to another shn set, some comments that are relevant to this one: "The details... on the version Charlie posted..., which he got from me: "Healy's MSC>Art DI/O @ 96KHz/24-bit>Sound Forge 7.0>.WAV>CDR for Set I and Healy's DATSBD>CDR for Set II of 7/18/90. "I was sent the cassettes by David Gans for transfer to CDR (for both 7/4/90 & 7/18/90), and this was accomplished w/ David Hollister's help as well. There was no dialogue or intros on the CDs (or cassettes, for that matter), unless David added these later for an upcoming GDH. The 7/18/90 DATSBD was transferred by Paul Scotton from Healy's DATSBD of it. This was used in place of the MSC version of Set II, though I have it as well." |

10/26/2004 | Andy L | Just one other note on this and 7/4/90. Charlie has these listed as SBD>DAT>CD, but there was no DAT involved, just Healy MSC> ART DIO (24bit/96k)> Sound Forge 7> CD> EAC> SHN for 7/4/90 both sets & 7/18/90 Set I. Set II of 7/18/90 is Healy's DATSBD>CDR.
10/27/2004 | Charlie Miller | The lineage I wrote is correct. The cassettes came from David Gans. David's tapes came from the vault Dats. You can tell by the way the tapes were marked. Rob Eaton has also confirmed this. cm

I have a version of this seed in FLAC format. Apparently I dl'd it in Dec. 2005. I could only have gotten it from one of the major bt sites so if I have it then a bunch of other people must have it too. So, to be thorough... The text file includes this note: ORIGINAL SOURCE: http://db.etree.org/shn/26352 CONVERTED FROM SHN > WAV > FLAC BY UNKNOWN SOURCE. NEW FFP WAS CREATED AND ALL FLACS CHECKSUM AND DECOMPRESS WITH NO ERRORS. And the ffp is: gd90-07-18d1t01.flac:68cdb833c29decc6af356bb5da8ba8f4 gd90-07-18d1t02.flac:8cba8222b66794ff299ea8435bef4506 gd90-07-18d1t03.flac:67669482c384f9492b9fdfe2040345ab gd90-07-18d1t04.flac:8b51699b05b3cd8acdf8c085817c0051 gd90-07-18d1t05.flac:ddf1fd29981a9fe4553e94a06feff204 gd90-07-18d1t06.flac:7fc934785229b8bd950bcce4edc0f35c gd90-07-18d1t07.flac:6fc9b35845419303ea2d9751f6877bc1 gd90-07-18d1t08.flac:66ffd65b4bf69023468233ac8f38005d gd90-07-18d1t09.flac:d3dc56eefe71f03340ed7015dcc01903 gd90-07-18d1t10.flac:e2595f0af13c52417bba40b7482ca948 gd90-07-18d2t01.flac:fc3d1e9880a4b88f8ac4a0b8f6e47929 gd90-07-18d2t02.flac:8d501b452f934bf75e62802cd4e88d56 gd90-07-18d2t03.flac:62de1c690d45ec5bf9be7955016913bf gd90-07-18d2t04.flac:fbb7d3b431cd83b8ef9b8512488099d7 gd90-07-18d2t05.flac:24211149c08657aade2f9061a8822fff gd90-07-18d2t06.flac:72a9fd0a6e1dc87b739d4e636f408061 gd90-07-18d3t01.flac:17d3baf45c45ad0bb5776f5840cb1da9 gd90-07-18d3t02.flac:bce6f7a20b8ec3253842c62a4f687641 gd90-07-18d3t03.flac:60a168f3a7f2f8d6f5e3f4b17fac245b gd90-07-18d3t04.flac:47edecfae3228e397ce2a4cc7534d157 gd90-07-18d3t05.flac:e86a3236f7d125306bfdfc1c68998b1e |
