-Level adjustments early on in d1t01.
-Wind rumble in the left channel early on in d1t01 and d2t01.
-Cable disconnected at 04:14 on d1t07 for 69 frames. I deleted the silence, cut
the crowd noise and noodling (totalled to 02:18.00) and crossfaded the last
02:18.00 of the track with this section.
-Diginoise on d1t11 at 06:46 and d3t01 at 04:05.
-Onstage sound system noise on d2t04 from 03:27-03:39, d3t01 at 02:19, and the
first 35 seconds of d3t05.
-Sound system failure at the beginning of d3t06.
-Fades added to the beginning and end of each set.
-Resampled with SoX to 44.1kHz (polyphase setting).
