Notes:
I received this recording on SHN from Thomas Achilles (from Berlin) in 2001 - the SHN files suffered from funky track indexing, and editing and fading were necessary where the original cassette flips occurred on the master.  I converted the SHN files back to WAV and recombined the entire show using Sound Forge (v. 6.0). I then edited out the cassette flips and faded out/in as necessary (original cassette flips were after "My Baby's Gone" and "Don't Worry Baby"), before reindexing the show with CDWAV (v.1.71) and converting back to SHN.  

A partial version of this "late show" was also broadcast on the radio and has circulated for years.  Unfortunately this complete and otherwise high quality audience recording of the late show is blemished by some drunken idiots who yell throughout the show...for the most part it is only noticeable/annoying during the breaks between songs.

I have lost touch with Thomas and hence was unable to try and track down additional source info such as who recorded these shows, original recording gear used, and any additional details on the source/transfer of the SHN set he sent me.  If anyone knows how to locate Thomas or otherwise has additional source information on these recordings, please contact me at dgale@loslobos.org.
