--From Jared's notes on original distribution seeded through DIME Bittorrent site, 4/2006:--

Here's another band that we've not seen much of around here lately. In fact, we've not seen much of them anywhere for a while. There was an update on www.astroman.com about a year ago, mentioning something about gathering footage for a DVD project... but, that's it.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this recording came out. I was right in front of Trace Reading on the right side of the stage (if you can call it a stage). That put me further away from the bass amps, so I don't get the bass distortion as seen in some of my other recordings. Coco's mic doesn't come in very well between songs, but that's no biggie. Again, I think this sounds great when cranked up! For extra fun, jump to track 8 and sit on your subwoofer... whoopie!

...They wrap it up with a cool version of ZZ Top's LaGrange that explodes into who knows what. If anybody is an Astro-Man expert and can fill us in, please do.

As with many of my personal recordings, this one has never been posted anywhere, so spread it around!
