Notes: This is very different from the first version of this show
that I circulated. The previous version had an unneccessary
fourth disc and misnamed tracks. However, all I did was
retrack, rename, and changed the corresponding md5s.  
Sorry for the mistake . . . .

Note from Leigh Orf: This show (the fixed version) had some digital    
pops in the left channel peppered throughout the show. They were        
removed with the Click Removal algorithm of the Sonic Foundry Noise    
Reduction Plugin.  I also retracked the show so that the beginnings of  
the songs are in more sane positions. Hopefully this is the last version
