Transfer:  DA-P1-->coax-->Midiman Audiophile2496-->Soundforge5.0-->Pro-Tools-->CdWave-->SHN (using mkwACT v0.97Beta)
Soundforge was used to record both sources to hard-drive and resample after
mixing and to do the fade in's and out's Pro-Tools was used to mix the 2
together and CDWave was used to split the wav up into tracks.
Onstage portion was recored by: Karl Letonja & Eric Carr
