12/26/2001 Matt Tirey The FOB Schoeps MK4 (in hat) sources from this Europe 98' run sound excellent! I highly recommend getting these sources. But, man this show 07-05, and the 07-06 are definitely off nights for them. It is some of the worst playing from the Europe run by far.
11/16/2003 ghost how on earth can anyone say that 7-6-98 is an off-night???

listen to the piper or the ghost again, you must have missed something.
11/16/2003 scottz yes, this source sounds excellent, and yes the band sounds rushed and non-experimental. europe 98 started out awesome up until 7/3, then the band sounded lackluster
04/03/2005 Patrick I have to say, having gone to the whole summer run, that the Prague shows were the best by far. I am only one guy, with one vote, but if you listen to the Maze, you have to be high not to think they were on their game. Prague was when the phans finally believed in the new material and the old stuff gelled again after their pre-Europe break.
