Notes:  There are more level fluctuations in this source than imaginable.  I tried to even
things out as much as possible by correcting the frequent 5db changes in the middle of songs
and normalizing the tracks to similar levels. You can still hear many fluctuations, but at
least now you can listen to the show without adjusting the volume over and over.
