The Story:
High On The Hog (from Nederland, CO) had been out on the road for a couple of weeks in the Pacific Northwest, performing multiple sets (and campground picks!) at the North West String Summit and High Sierra Music Festival, not to mention a few small clubs along the way. Due to rambling off in different directions they all found a circuitous route home to arrive just in time to play this Friday Afternoon Club gig at the Millenium Harvest House. The hotel sits in an open U-shape, and the crowd was up-close-and-personal. Besides being happy to be back in front of the hometown folks, there were also a number of people who'd been out on the road with the band. Needless to say, it was one heckuva homecoming!

Notes: some wind during the first set; parts repaired with Cool Edit low pass filter. (98% of the set was left untouched.)

"We come into this world nekkid and bare,
We pass through this world with trouble and care,
We die and go we don't know where,
But we'll be alright there if we do alright here!"
we don't know where,
But we'll be alright there if we do alright here!"
