Seamless fix of shnid 11896

I reversed the fade at the end of CD 2 to match the volume of a splice point at the beginning of CD 3, then deleted the redundant material to make the transition seamless.  SBEs in CD 3 were fixed using shntool; the only other SBE comes at the end of CD 1, which didn't seem necessary to fix.  All SHNs were converted to FLAC.

This source was originally encoded with replaygain. Replaygain equalizes the volume of tracks, which is unfortunate for a band like this that uses volume in their art. The new version of this source was made by decoding the original flac files to wav's, and then re-encoding to wav at maximum compression. I used "flac -8 *.wav", but you can use your favorite GUI over flac to equal effect.
