Notes:

Stand height was minimized most of the show (~ 4 feet).  Audience remained seated for nearly all of the performance.  Stand was raised to approximately 7\' by the end of the show.  Shifting and randomly applauding patrons to my right front created some audible pops in the right channel during quiet passages.
