Here is the first Black Crowes of 1998 in the relatively intimate setting of Toad's Place in New Haven, CT. It was the first show for guitarist Audley Freed and bassist Sven Pipien. The show sounds good but the setlists is pretty vanilla. It's the first show where Horsehead and By Your Side were played. 

A request: If anyone has both the early and late Black Crowes shows from 8/21/1992 at Toad's Place I would love to see them posted here at Dime. I have copies of both but they are lossy. Any help would be appreciated.
