my 2 cents-  
If you have audio discs of a show that you want to share, seek out the original source or DAT clone and transfer from that or find someone who will.  Most of the EAC shn filesets that float around are substandard and they reduce the overall quality of shns in circulation.  In other words, get a DAT and soundcard or find someone who does. Don't EAC!
