Please note that the band was known as "The Slip" but since there is already a band with SHNs in circulation with the same name, I've named this SHN series "eb." Please refer to them as only The Slip. Thanks!

This is the album that Geffen scrapped because he felt there were no hits on this record (wanna make a bet?!). Edie told him "take it or leave it" and Geffen left it.

I don't have any accurate source info or know how it got out to the fans.

COMMENTS:

On my copy there were brief replays of previous songs that lasted less than a second. I deleted those. They do not alter the recording in any way. There is a mysterious cut at the end of Shenandoah that exist on this copy and another one I've heard. I also changed the pitch by -25 cents.

You'll notice that the sound is a bit "unpolished" so you'll need to adjust the treble on your stereo. Kenny Withrow has said there is some music missing from this album so there are either more songs or tracks that didn't make it. There are several more songs that they wrote that are not on this album.
