Notes:
All sorts of "technial difficulties" experienced in the first 10 minutes
of set one.  Missed the opening Jam and most of FOTD.  Some other issues resulting
from my efforts to "get it together" cased some trouble in Tenn. Jed.
I fixed the blunders by patching w/a tapers section source.  Thanks to John Cotter for the SHN files from his
schoeps rig.
