Notes:
- Nice show, with some characteristic February '81 fanning.  Quite a nice tape,
especially after d1t02 @ ca. 5:22, when the mics are evidently repositioned (with
some bumping along the way).  Various tape transitions were smoothed and the recording
was normalized to 100%, but no other processing was undertaken.
- Microphone location was not written on the tapes, but is copied from Vita's tapelist.
- d1t01 Knockin' cuts in, most missing.  Levels increase after about a minute.
