tech notes:
There was a short cut in "Divided Sky", almost as if the recording deck was accidentally paused for a short period.
The missing portion was spliced in with the following source:

All editing was done at 48 kHz (I went back to the original 48 kHz files for the B+K splice),
and I raised the levels on the B&K source by 4.5 dB to better match the levels of the Schoeps source.

The B+K 4011 patch source was used for the following portion of Divided Sky:
[00:42] to [01:06]
The splice turned out to be very smooth, you really have to listen for it, otherwise you wouldn't even notice.
