Transfer Notes: There are some slight phase issues during the beginning of the tape. The tape flip occurred between Uncle Pen and Harry Hood. A tiny amount of music is missing, the end of Uncle Pen is faded.  Someone patched out of Dave decided to flip their tape in the dead middle (09:01) of the Hood jam (?!?!).  As a result a two second dropout was removed.
