Notes:

- d1t01: The first part of the sound check is missing.

- johns masters ran a bit fast for this source also. i adjusted the pitch -112 cents
to get it to line up with other sources from this period. There are some instances of
wind rumbling in the mics, I've done a little work on this to try to attenuate the
instances, but they are still there, just much less prominent. I've done some various
other small tweaks and eq'ed to flavor. Enjoy.
