This is an EAC extraction from an unknown SBD source.  The only massaging I did to the
tracks I EAC-ed from Chris Luper's discs were to patch a 3 second dropout in Samson
with the version off DP17 using Multiquence.  The tracks on disc 2 were then re-adjusted
to sector boundaries via shntool.

See the notes below for the location of a few other minor splices that I was not able
to fix.  They should not in any way detract from this great show, which is often unfairly
overlooked next to the better known show from the next night.
