I got to meet Scott from St louis again. He had much better gear to play with, but was afraid he wouldnt get to it for a few weeks. Kinda the same with me, i knew going in that it was going to be tonight or in a few weeks. So consider this an early alternate release, we all know scott always comes thru with the good stuff. I got it out tonight, but remember to save room for desert!

I got to shake Dereks hand and thank him for the fun as he scooted down the street, even after 30 min of pictures and schmoozing fans already, and then he stopped again for more autographs and pictures too, even on his way somewhere he is quite the nice guy.

Quite a fun show, It was qute a treat to attend, it was more fun than i imagined, and thanks to hearing prior shows via y'all the bar was set high.

You deserve to see one of his shows soon, pick up a disc, and check out the nifty swag. The tour schedule is available via his website http://www.derektrucks.com/tour_info.html

Lowcut=2 may not have been the best choice, I had 8db of headroom in the end too, but I didnt know where I would end up or how loud it would be.  I enjoy watching shows (and the people) from the back row and often like how it sounds. This may have been a touch bright in the venue too, that was my impression, from the nosebleed seats at least. I like it on the good speakers ~ its a zoom-h4 from the back of the room, save room for desert!

Share, never sell, and as Ribblefribbitz says: "Please do not convert to Edison tin cylinders or 78rpm wax discs."

----

Its going to be slow at first, connections failing for no reason, and Most of the time i can only do 5-8kBs. please be patient. Im hopping on this so fast i dont even have mp3s uploaded anywhere. And its this or mp3's, which do you want anyway? ;)
