I brought both of these recordings into wave lab. I ran a RMS normalize to even out the volume differances from the two sources.
The second source had some clipping.
There was a big offset between Source 1 and 2. I
used source 1 as a "clock" to reference the position. I stretched each file, at multiple points
to align the sources.
Thirdly, it was mixed down Source #1 at 0 db and source #2 at -4 db. Followed by tracking in wavelab, flacing, and uploading.
Thanks to the original tapers and uploaders. Hopefully this is a strong addition to the community.
