04/05/2006	2	kindnoodles/chris helmick	great packaging,great shows and very fast getting my music to me,from england to the states in a couple of days.but a major pain with accusatory emails and paranoid beyond belief about being burned.trashed my user rating over taking a week to get discs in the mail.i would reccomend no one trade with her as she is not worth the hassle.thank god i don't have to deal with her in real life.i notice she threatens another comment poster with something about her lawyers will be getting involved.her lawyers can bite me too

Response: BEWARE OF THIS TRADER. FIRST HE HAS GIVEN ME 5 STARS. THEN HE CHANGED IT INTO 2 STARS, JUST BECAUSE I LEFT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO HIS ACCOUNT. THE REASON FOR THIS: HE NEVER MAILED THE TRADING CDs, HE ASLO IS A VERY RUDE PERSON. "KINDNOODLES" IS ONE OF THE TRADERS I MENTIONED IN MY TRADING RULES. - VERY POOR EXPERIENCE (AGAIN).

03/07/2006	1	KitKat	Claudia contacted us for a trade. Since she approached us, she needed to go by our trading guidelines. She has a completely strange interpretation of the "you send first" rule. She sent our trade, then an hour later wrote to us to advise us that she has mailed our discs, and demanded that we send hers. I wrote back stating that we would send once we had received her discs, and that she could check out our feedback for our honesty/reliability. She wrote back and was very septic! She decided that I was arrogant, as her interpretation of the "you sent first" rule, is that she needed to send first, and then advise that she had sent, then I needed to send. Ummmmm.....no! :P We have received her discs today, and she has burnt on DVD+R which we clearly ask for people not to use (on both of our lists). Claudia is a time waster. I wouldn't bother dealing with her, as she does not bother to read your rules, and does not respond nicely when you try nicely to point these out. Best of luck with your future trades Claudia - you will need it.

Response: BEWARE OF THIS TRADER. YOU WILL ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. "JUDE" HAS STOLEN MY DISCS. I WILL NOT GET MY TRADE WISHES. AND I WILL NOT GET MY DISCS BACK. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO MY LAWYER. HOPEFULLY THE TRADER HAS TO PAY A FINE OR WILL END UP IN JAIL. - BEWARE OF THESE FAKE TRADERS. AND: VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT. - NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PERSON.
