03/09/2002	2	veryhappytrader	I hate to do this but he doesn't respond to my emails so I had no choice. I set up a B&P Jan 18th, 2002 - everything went fine - he even emailed to say "B&P on the way back - I threw in a Ghosttrane extra" - long story short - I never received anything - I will state for the record that I believe he sent and that the items were lost in the mail (it happens) - but I attempted to contact him numerous times to try to arrange a mutually agreeable settlement even going so far as to say I would re-send a B&P package - but he never responded or showed any interest whatsoever in the fact that the B&P was never received back by me - it is easy to be a good trader when things go right - but it is how a trader responds when things go wrong that really gives you an indication of their caliber. In this respect - Sam did not pass the muster. That's my experience. Hope it's not yours.
