This is a compilation of demos and sessions for the self-titled Plastic Ono Band LP. Pegboy is vague about the time period of these recordings, saying that the material is from mid-1970. The demo of Look At Me is from mid 1968 Sound quality is pristine, as you'd expect from Vigotone. The demos are solo recordings on acoustic and electric guitar. The second to last cut is an extended, tossed of jam of old rockabilly tunes. Interesting stuff overall.

A number of these tracks can also be found on other bootlegs documenting the JL/POB sessions, but tracks A02-A06 are of special note as they have yet to be released on CD (as far as I can tell). They include the final takes of Love, a great rocking rendition of Hold On and a previously unheard jam on Glad All Over (different from the performance included in the familiar Oldies medley) that segues into take 23 of Hold On.
