Snooks was the first opening set for headliner Ray Charles (Dr. John and his big band also performed). Snooks's band consisted of George Porter Jr. and Herman Ernest plus a horn section. The horn players were never introduced... my suspicion is that they were Eric Traub (sax) and Charlie Miller (trumpet) There is a very brief (about 1 second) pause in the recording about 42 seconds into track 9. The track was repaired with a splice from a similar passage.
