"The Eva Cassidy Story": This is a compilation of ABC's Nightline which gives us the "Eva Cassidy Story" and I suppose the rest of this is video from "Blues Alley" in Washinton, DC. I guess all of this comes from "NightLine". Songs at Blues Alley were: Time After Time Autumn Leaves Cheek to Cheek People Get Ready You've Changed Somewhere Over The Rainbow.

Eva Marie Cassidy was a US singer of jazz, blues, folk, gospel, country and pop classics. She was virtually unknown outside her native Washington, DC when she died of melanoma in 1996. Four years later her music suddenly caught the UK’s attention and her compilation album Songbird, climbed to the top of the UK Album Charts, almost three years after its initial release. This programme, broadcast for GMG on Smooth and Real Radio, was a unique insight into a performer who has posthumously sold around eight million records worldwide, including three UK number ones. It featured a rare and moving contribution from Eva’s mother and father, praise from fans Kiki Dee and Katie Melua, and the thoughts of her musical collaborator and best friend Chris Biondo: Presenter: Mark Goodier Producers: Mark Goodier, Oliver Melville Smith and Rosa Padfield.
