This 2-CD-compilation was uploaded on Dimeadozen on September 2nd, 2005 as "Unreleased Demos, Outtakes and Some Live Tracks 1986-1988" and banned two days later because it included officially released material. Obviously the time span 1986-1988 is wrong. Setlist was posted by xray05 and expanded with the help of other users. I've added some more pieces of information.
