"Tape did not identify venue /date but this performance was on the same tape and followed the THT recording assigned to 1997-11-20. Using that information, from the Billboard November 8, 1997 Issue (https://books.google.com/books?id=7QkEAAAAMBAJ&pg=PA93&lpg=PA93&dq=tin+hat+trio+knitting+factory+%221997%22&source=bl&ots=V35Z6fv50z&sig=uWKMMORzyXUK1TJkaM1-XUJNg4k&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj4683lwr7eAhVPwVkKHVBBCjMQ6AEwCnoECAIQAQ#v=onepage&q=tin%20hat%20trio%20knitting%20factory%20%221997%22&f=false) I concluded that this performance could be Tap Bar room at the Knitting Factory from (Nov 20 - Dec 12). Also at the end of the 1997-11-20 s1t05 track from earlier in week Carla mentions they will play from "eleven to two next Friday a week from tomorrow". This would place the date of this recordings as ~ Nov 28, 29, 30."
