This show was the Final Round of the Philly Sound Clash [battle of the bands]. The competition was sponsored and organized by PhillyCarShare.
During the first round of the competition, approximately 100 bands who passed the screening process were voted on by fans and internet users on the Philebrity website (http://www.philebrity.com/phillysoundclash). The top 12 bands who received the most votes are featured artists on the: "Philly Sound Clash - Music to Drive By Volume II" Compilation CD (more info here):

The CD is available, free of charge, in all PhillyCarShare vehicles as well as at various events and locations throughout the city. The Track List for: "Music To Drive By Vol. 2" is as follows:

Agent Moosehead was one of 6 finalists out of the 12 selected artists on the CD. The other finalist contenders (in no particular order) were:

- The Hustle
- Gemini Wolf
- East Hundred
- Mike Kotulka
Special guests and DJs performed at this free event throughout the evening (including a dance contest & singing competition). Interactive texting allowed the thoughts of concert goers to be projected up onto the stage screen (providing amusement & banter through out the evening).
"Music To Drive By Vol. 2" was officially released at the event, and free copies were distributed to all concert attendees.
Each band was permitted a 15-20 minute set of music. Agent Moosehead went on first (8:00 pm) followed by Mike Kotulka, Gemini Wolf, The Hustle, East Hundred and GANG.
The final results were as follows:
1st Place: East Hundred
2nd Place: The Hustle
3rd Place: Agent Moosehead
Giant novelty checks were provided to the 1st & 2nd place winners.
