SPPS Anonymous Collection 1 Cassette Tape #90 features Carlton Haney's "Bluegrass Orchestra"-an end-of-festival bluegrass jam from Haney's Camp Springs Bluegrass Festival, Reidsville, NC-September 2, 1972. Featured artists in the jam include Mac Wiseman, IInd Generation (with Eddie Adcock, Wendy Thatcher, & Jimmy Gaudreau), J.D. Crowe & The New South (with Tony Rice, Doyle Lawson, & Bill Emerson), Del McCoury & the Dixie Pals, John Duffey, Mike Auldridge, the New Grass Revival, among others. Following the closing jam, Haney presents a $100 bill to the Japanese bluegrass band Bluegrass 45 (featuring Akira Otsuka on mandolin). A shortened set by the IInd Generation (with Tony Rice in the band as well) rounds out the tape
