This was likely a radio broadcast and/or a bootleg released from a radio broadcast record or tape. Some versions end with or in the middle of Captain Jack. In 1974, Billy Joel tended to play longer shows.

I have a feeling this is not a complete recording, because the very last track on my show sounds like it is a prelude to "Uptown Girl". But it's still a really cool early show of Billy Joel's.
