** with Carly Simon
Setlist may be incomplete, b/c the Carnegie Hall shows have 2 encores after Mockingbird, including Sweet Baby James.
This is the second release from the Howard Silver collection. Originally from New York, Howard spent his college years and thereafter in Chicago. He attended many concerts in the 70's and taped many of them using a Sony TC-110 with built in microphone. Later shows, he used an external microphone, of which brand he does not recall.

Sweet Baby James
James Taylor performed at Carnegie Hall on May 26th and May 27th in 1974.
These two shows were probably the final two shows of JT's four-week U.S. tour to promote "Walking Man." The DIR Concert Network had permission to tape both shows and it is not clear whether this version represents one of the shows or a combination of both shows. A shortened version of the show was broadcast by the King Biscuit Flower Hour (KBFH) on 6/30/74 and it may also circulate under that date or the date July 16, 1974.
