The Moody Blues With The World Festival Orchestra. This was the band's first tour with an orchestra. The Red Rocks show was in 1992. The 2 shows they did there for the video were the first shows done with an orchestra, but they didn't start touring regularly on the road with one until the summer tour the following year. This show was the 10th one on that tour.
