Notes: | Notes [grner1 - 2021-01-31]: The Sound quality is fairly decent, though there are some rough spots in the first couple of songs. Part of track 2 had a bad channel so the good channel was pasted into the other with the differences made less noticeable by panning gradually from stereo to mono and back. There is also someone playing some stupid whistle in the audience that gets picked up for some of the first two songs until I could move away from that idiot. While moving the stereo image remained OK by keeping the mics pointed correctly, but by the time I stopped moving forward the bass and midrange sound pressure levels were a bit overloaded, so the rest of the show sounds good but not great. Audience noise was no longer a problem with the music so loud and there are no cut songs so overall this probably rates as better than average for Bob Marley audience recordings. Please check the samples to judge the sound quality for yourself. |
