Notes:
This is a pretty good sounding recording largely due to the location and the very attentive & quiet crowd. This was a "job" that I was assigned to by my friend Jay who's a huge Laurie Anderson fan. He got 2nd row seats (for himself) as well as a pair dead center front row balcony (where I was sitting recording this tape). Now that's a fan!! I had never seen Laurie, but I was familiar with her work. This was a very interesting and I must say fun gig to see. It is mostly stories about the internet & technology with only Laurie acconpaning herself with a bank of keyboards, computers, her violins, & various assorted things that made sound. I have never circulated this on a wide scale before now. That is not to say that it's not out there. It's been on CD since around 1999 & it has been given to a few people, but I know that there are folks out there that may have never had the chance to get this show. I am very proud to share this one due to its quality. Please share it as much as possible.

The track IDs may not be correct as I wasn't familiar with the material. Please feel free to re-track this recording if you wish. Also, if you find the spoken parts a bit muddled, try boosting some upper mids & highs with your EQ. This one benefits from being played LOUD.
