J-Card Comment:

The English press announces that Led Zeppelin will receive "the highest fee ever paid to a British group for a one-nighter in this country", when they appear at London's Lyceum Oct. 12th, though the actual amount is not revealed.

Review:
Along with October 10th, 1969 Paris gig, this show is a treat, as the group previews some songs from the upcoming second album and generally play their butts off for this audience. A killer show with energy flowing out of the speakers.
