Tech Notes:	Source was good, a little thin and bright, but it's all there. Two typical frequency bands run through this one, the 15.75 TV tone and the 19K FM tone. The source claims SBD, but that frequency band refutes that. I say it's most likely an FM. Otherwise, it got my treatment, and it's bigger and bolder.
