This tape could very well be a recording by a friend of mine at the time (M.W.) who attended the show. I know he
recorded two U2 shows, one being 1993 Leeds which I have uploaded in the past (& have now recently
re-ripped from my copy off the master, which I will re-upload soon).
I can't compare this version to the 'Wide Awake In Birmingham' bootleg as I don't have this (if anyone can
upload a copy I would greatly appreciate it). If this is a different version then I'm 'quite' sure this is his recording
and hasn't been circulated before now.
Sorry I can't be certain.....my memory doesn't stretch that far back !
Included in the torrent is a scan of the cassette cover put together by M.W.
