J-Card Comment:

QUALITY:
Very Good - Excellent Stereo Audience

COMPLETENESS:
Well, it's supposed to be the entire show - but this bootleg-label shortended a bit of the intro and a few seconds of audience clapping, to make it fit into 2 discs, instead of 3 discs.

PERFORMANCE:
Excellent performance - BUT Jaggers voice is shot on this last of the 6 MSG 1975 shows - and probably some heavy partying in-between them
We get to hear "Cherry Oh Baby" as well, 1 year before it was released on "Black And Blue". Carlos Santana is guesting on the encore "Sympathy For The Devil".
Recommended!

COMMENTS:
This is the "no label" release of the last MSG concert of 1975.
It's taken from mjake's (TornAndFrayed) kind share here at DIME, 2-3 years ago. Thanks to him for sharing his vinyl rip here, and hope he's not to upset about me purchasing this "product". I bought it to check out what this "no-label" did with it, EQ wise.
"Dogs&Cats" also released this vinyl rip - after mjake shared it.
When comparing the 2 bootlegs....the DAC release has a LOT of hiss, and is very bass heavy. This no label turned up the treble or something, and made it less muddy. By doing that, they also removed a LOT of the hiss. In one way, I prefer this no label release, it's much kinder to the ears. Then again....the DAC has more punch on the drums and bass. So you'll be the judge!
When it comes to mjakes original torrent, I have deleted it by mistake, years ago - while having some computer issues. If somebody could reseed that one - it would be appreciated.

I know of several others who prefer this "no label" release over the DAC - but haven't heard anyone comparing with the original torrent yet (and I'm unable to - as well)

(By the way, the VGP release (Hold On Tight) features a completely different recording of the very same show. It's not as excellent as this "vinyl-source". But it has more "life" in other ways....the audience are more audiable and such. I wouldn't do without either of the 2 recordings of this great show)
