A superb, close-miked soundboard, originally recorded as part of a project to release a live album from this tour with the 4-piece "Dream Team". Unfortunately the Suits at the record label cancelled the release, fearing it would interfere with the release of the then-groundbreaking "Crossroads" box set.

There have been several releases of this concert over the years. The first were "MSG" (Imperial), and "Same Old Blues" (lun). These were later supplanted by remasters on other labels, such as this Stardust Productions remaster of the Imperial Release, and "Same Old Blues Definitive Master" (Playmen Music). Fan label 3BR also released "Slowhand in the Garden".

Here, presented for your listening enjoyment, is the Stardust Productions remaster, directly from the silvers.

In the end, it can come down to personal preference as to which release one finds to be the "best", make your own decisions and of course ... PLAY IT LOUD!
