I am not real picky, but there are a few rules that I follow and ask that you do as well:

1) Nothing on this page is for sale. No money will ever be exchanged.

2) Please keep in contact during the trade. Communication is key.

3) I do not trade official releases. These are listed for reference only.

Everybody rates sound differently. I personally do not keep shows unless the sound quality is good and I enjoy listening to them. Most of the shows on my list are of EXCELLENT quality.

Here is how I rate the sound quality of my shows:

A+  Awesome sounding show; good enough to be comercially released.

A    Very nice sounding show. Easy to listen to.

A-   On the verge of being a bad sounding show. Still listenable, but not a clear sound.

B+ and below:  Not good at all! I only have a few shows in this category. The only reason I would keep these is because I attended the show or the show has some particular importance to me.

01/25/85 Ice Stadium A This show is from a bootleg entitled “Keeping the Faith”. Bono introduces the Edge as Eric Clapton during "Party Girl" as he does during many shows from the Unforgettable Fire Tour. The bootleg states that Eric Clapton plays on Party Girl and Two Hearts Beat as one, but this is incorrect. A rare 15 minute version of 40.

[1 hr, 35 mins]

[1 hr, 45 mins]
05/15/87 Brendan Byrne Arena A+ Bono felt that "Trip Through Your Wires" was performed so badly the first time that he got the band to do it again later in the main set.
The recording messes up during track #2 and continues for a little while into track #3. For a while all we hear is Larry on the drums with a very faint band in the background. The rest of the recording is extremely awesome and a great setlist is played this night.
[1 hr, 51 mins]
05/16/87 Brendan Byrne Arena A+ The setlist is shaken up on this Joshua Tree show.
The sound is unbelievable on this!
[1 hr, 46 mins]
09/17/87 Boston Garden A+ During I Will Follow, U2's own concert lighting fails and much of the show is played with the house lights on. Bono mentions that they get to play in the same building as Larry Bird.
The sound of the recording is crystal clear although there are a couple of places where some of the instruments sound distant for a few seconds.
[1 hr, 48 mins]
09/18/87 Boston Garden A+ A rare show that is almost entirely free of snippets - Bono does not do any of the usual snippets in songs such as I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, Exit, or Bad. However, he makes a very brief Satisfaction reference as the band concludes Spanish Eyes.
[1 hr, 50 mins]
09/22/87 Sullivan Stadium A+ Bono's arm is in a sling after dislocating his shoulder two nights earlier in Washington DC.
The sound on this is amazing! It appears that Bono's mic cuts out towards the end of "Streets" but comes back after the song concludes.
[1 hr, 39 mins]
09/28/87 Madison Square Garden A The sound starts off a little distant, but gets much better. There is a brief cut between "In God's Country" and "Sunday Bloody Sunday" which sacrifices Larry's first few drumbeats to the SBS intro.
The second performance of I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For is with the New Voices of Freedom gospel choir.
[1 hr, 43 mins]
10/09/87 Carrier Dome, Syracuse University A Bono fell during a concert in D.C. on 9/20/87 and injured his arm. He mentions that his arm is still in a cast and he can't play his guitar, but he can play his harmonica.

[1 hr, 40 mins]
11/11/87 Justin Herman Plaza A This was an impromptu show that Bono referred to as the "Save the Yuppies" concert. All Along The Watchtower was recorded here for Rattle & Hum. In the middle of Sunday Bloody Sunday, Bono sees a sign with "SF" & "U2" on it. Bono mistakes the "SF" as Sinn Fein and has a fit. During Pride (In The Name Of Love) Bono spray painted the words "Rock and Roll Stops the Traffic" on a piece of artwork in the plaza and was fined by the city of SF.
11/18/87 Memorial Coliseum A U2 disguised themselves as a country/western band called the Dalton Brothers and opened the show that night along with the Pretenders.

12/01/89 Osaka Castle Hall A Bono gets angry and yells at the crowd for getting rowdy and pushing each other. He also threatens to have a guy in the front row thrown out. BB King joins U2 for a couple of songs. This was the first time Slow Dancing was played.
[1 hr, 41 mins]
12/26/89 Point Depot A+ Fantastic show and sound! With BB King. The verse Bono sings at the end of One Tree Hill is completely improvised; it is not a snippet. Part of a William Wordsworth poem is read at the start of Where The Streets Have No Name in tribute to the recently deceased Irish poet Samuel Beckett.
[1 hr, 34 mins]
12/27/89 Point Depot A+ Another awesome recording! With BB King. Not only was this the last time Two Hearts Beat As One was performed, it is the first time it had been played in over four and a half years.

[2 hrs, 1 min]

[1 hr, 47 mins]
08/13/92 Giants Stadium A At this show, New Year's Day replaces Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses as the song into which Until The End Of The World segues
[1 hr, 48 mins]
08/16/92 Robert F. Kennedy Stadium A Good sound but there is some distortion at times. Bono makes a call to the White House and tries to talk to President Bush. Satellite of Love fades out a second or two early. Missing Can't Help Falling In Love.
[1 hr, 56 mins]
10/07/92 Legion Field A- **I was there!** My 1st U2 show. It rained that night, but no one cared...we were at a U2 concert. The boys were in fine form and gave a great performance! Bono messes up and sings the 2nd verse of "Trying to throw your arms around the world" twice.
Bono dedicates "One" to Eddie Kendricks of The Temptations who passed away two days before the concert. After the song, Bono sings a snippet of "My Girl". To date, this is the only time U2 have played a concert in the state of Alabama.
Public Enemy opened the show. Could there have been a bigger mix match?
[1 hr, 49 mins]
08/11/93 Wembley Stadium A+ Live debut of Babyface. Bono calls the British/Indian author Salman Rushdie, who had been in hiding since January 1989 after Iran's Ayatollah Khomeini issued a fatwah on Rushdie due to Rushdie's novel The Satanic Verses. It turns out Rushdie is actually in the venue and he comes on stage and hugs Bono. It is his first public appearance in nearly five years and it receives worldwide media attention. A few years later, U2 recorded a song written by Rushdie entitled The Ground Beneath Her Feet.

06/15/97 Commonwealth Stadium A Popmart Tour debut of Slow Dancing. It was only played once again on the tour, on 7 February 1998 in Buenos Aires. 12/06/15 AccorHotels Arena A+ U2 returns to Paris to make up two shows that were postponed less than a month ago by the November 13 terrorist attacks across the city. Before tonight's show, there's an announcement over the PA system that the concert includes the sounds of loud explosions -- a reference to the audio/video that serves as an introduction to "Raised By Wolves."

The show itself is emotional, with the audience singing loudly and Bono making several references to the attacks. After "I Will Follow," he tells the crowd that "our prayer tonight is to be useful to you" and says it's "an honor and privilege to serve you this evening." He changes the lyrics during "Pride" to say "early evening November 13th, shots rung out in the Paris sky." And during "City Of Blinding Lights," the arena is bathed in the colors of the French flag while the names of the terrorist attack victims scroll slowly on the video screen.

Patti Smith joins the band on stage as "Bad" ends and sings a bit of her version of "Gloria" with Bono. She stays on stage and the show closes with a potent version of "People Have The Power."

"They were robbed of their stage three weeks ago," Bono says. "We would like to offer them ours tonight." U2 and EODM do a rocking version of "People Have The Power". After that U2 leaves the stage and the concert ends with EODM playing their own song, "I Love You All The Time."
