In the middle of a month long heatwave this day was low humidity and 74 degrees on a slightly cloudy storybook perfect summer day. My first time seeing KC and I was not disappointed (although they cut Pictures of a City at this show after having played it consistently for many previous shows). Recorded 30 ft. in front of the side PA by the jumbotron (mono PA stack). A bit of a breeze came up in the latter half of the set and even tho my mics had windscreens and were partially hidden by a flannel shirt there is some rumble on the recording that I adjusted the EQ to minimize. | |||||
